Overview
EasySub is aimed at creators who want generation and post-production in one browser workspace rather than stitching separate apps. The subtitle surface is easy to understand, exports are not hidden, and the generative surface exposes clear model/output controls (Economy / Fast / Studio / Pro Studio, duration, resolution, aspect ratio). The tradeoff is iteration speed: our Economy render took roughly 1m45s for a 5-second output — OK for a draft, slow for rapid A/B loops. Subtitle Editing & Export
The Big Buck Bunny sample contained no dialogue, so automatic transcription could not yield a useful transcript. Treat that as a sample limitation, not a measured speech-accuracy failure — we did not score ASR. We added “This is a manual subtitle timing check.” instead. Inline text editing and preview feedback were smooth, and both SRT and VTT downloads completed (ASS and TXT were also offered). No paid prompt blocked subtitle export.
Dragging the subtitle action moved it visually by about one second, but the sidebar continued to show 0s–2s. That timeline-drag vs sidebar timing quirk is the biggest editor concern from this run; verify with a spoken clip and save/reload before trusting export timing for production work.

We prompted a golden retriever in a blue raincoat running through a sunny meadow, using Economy at 5s / 720p / 16:9. The ready result was visually coherent and prompt-aligned in the observed clip, with a recognizable dog and attractive meadow composition. One run cannot establish temporal consistency or broader quality across models.
